Karapiro Barn
Karapiro Barn is a large country style converted Barn, close to Lake Karapiro with rural views over farmland and to Maungatautari Mountain. Comfortably sleeping 8 to 10 adults, with capacity using existing bedding for up to 12 guests.
Both the Barn and Cottage are situated on an acre site, each with separate driveways and gardens. Each dwelling can be let separately or together.

- Large open plan living area with TV (at least 7 channels), DVD player and reading material.
- WIFI "INTERNET ACCESS" available, "free of charge", included in tariff. Just bring your laptops/WIFI device to connect.
- Great indoor/outdoor flow to deck via bifold wide opening doors.
- Kitchen with fridge/freezer, barfridge, microwave, hotplate, toaster, kettle, benchtop oven, electric frypan, coffee maker & all cooking utensils for simple meal preparation. BBQ also available.
- Extra large dining table seating 8-10 people.
- Modern bathroom with separate bath & shower.
- Separate toilet & laundry facilities.
- Downstairs bedroom sleeping 4 (1 x queen bed & bunk set).
- Upstairs main bedroom with queen bed & single bed.
- Mezzanine floor with 1 x double and 3 x single beds.
- Fold Out Sofabed in lounge.
- Iron/Ironing board available.
