"Karapiro Cottage" is a self contained country cottage next door to the barn, sleeping up to 6 guests using existing bedding. Up to 7 persons can be accommodated using a single foldout bed.
The Cottage is full of character and the outlook from the verandah deck is relaxing & peaceful, and a wonderful spot for that morning coffee & newspaper! Our guests really enjoy the Cottage aspect and love the feeling of being away from it all but still with all the home comforts.

- Open plan living/dining and lovely renovated country kitchen. Living opens out to covered deck area overlooking country garden & farmland.
- Kitchen includes full stove/oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster/kettle & is fully self contained, once again with everything you need for simple meal prepartion.
- TV with FREEVIEW digital "free to air" televison, including up 25 channels. DVD player.
- WIFI "INTERNET ACCESS" available free of charge, included in tariff. Just need your laptops/-WIFI device to connect
- Renovated bathroom with separate bath & shower.
- Separate toilet & laundry facilities.
- Main bedroom with queen bed.
- Second bedroom with 3 single beds
- Third bedroom with single bed. Extra single foldout bed available upon request.
- Iron/Ironing board available.
- Portacot available upon request.
